Permanently remove your SOLYN account and all associated data
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
Most of your data in SOLYN (quiz results, streak data, chat history, recovery plan, symptom logs) is stored locally on your device. This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. We do not have access to this data and cannot delete it remotely.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Before requesting account deletion, please cancel your subscription through your device settings to avoid future charges. On iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > SOLYN. On Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > SOLYN.
Some data may be retained by third-party services in accordance with their own retention policies: RevenueCat retains anonymized transaction records as required for financial compliance; Sentry retains error logs for up to 90 days; AI chat providers may retain message data temporarily for safety monitoring (see our Privacy Policy for specific retention periods). After these retention periods, data is automatically deleted from third-party systems.
Send us an email with the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days and send a confirmation when complete.
