These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SERENDIPITY NETWORK - FZCO ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the SOLYN application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
IMPORTANT: SOLYN IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. THE CONTENT PROVIDED IN THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, QUIZZES, RECOVERY PLANS, AI CHAT RESPONSES, AND BREATHING EXERCISES, IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING A MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION. NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE READ OR EXPERIENCED IN THE APP. IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS OR EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CONTACT EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SOLYN. By using the App, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 13 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (c) you are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable law; and (d) all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
SOLYN uses Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In for authentication. Your recovery data is stored locally on your device using AES-256 encryption and may be synced across your devices when signed in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device damage, loss, or unauthorized access to your device.
SOLYN offers auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund on iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To request a refund on Android, visit the Google Play Help Center. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

The AI chat feature is provided as a supportive tool and not as a substitute for professional therapy or counseling. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation. You acknowledge that:
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by SERENDIPITY NETWORK - FZCO, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United Arab Emirates and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SERENDIPITY NETWORK - FZCO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SERENDIPITY NETWORK - FZCO, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SERENDIPITY NETWORK - FZCO regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
